The Advancing Comprehensive Anti-Corruption Reforms program is funded by the Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs and will contribute to strengthening Armenia’s ability to prevent, fight, and reduce corruption through the increased transparency and accountability of governing institutions.  In particular, EWMI will enhance the skills of Armenian justice personnel for effective handling of corruption and transnational crime cases, support the government’s efforts to strengthen the anti-corruption legislative framework, develop relevant new training curricula for Armenia’s Justice Academy, and support Armenian partners in strengthening conviction integrity and improving the quality of evidence in criminal cases.
